Typically a research report is delivered in PDF format; however, based on the client’s requirement, the report can be delivered in different formats ranging from PPT, PDF, word document and Excel worksheet. The delivery format of the report is mentioned on the report homepage on website. The report copy in available/mentioned format would be mailed on the provided Email address within 24 hours after receiving complete payment and confirmation from our bank. In case if the client is looking for a hard copy of report, the courier and delivery charges incurred, depending on the location of the client, shall be paid by the client, completely. Any losses occurred, direct or indirect, in any circumstances, during the transit of good shall be the sole responsibility of customer and Acumen Research and Consulting disclaims all the responsibility in such cases. Replacement or resending of good shall be at sole discretion of the Company (Acumen Research and Consulting) and customer has to bear any occurring additional transit charges.
