Subject to the below terms and agreement, Acumen Research and Consulting provides certain information and services to the authorized users. Our services range from reports, video, audio, content, data, and other material, and items, tangible and intangible those are referred to as material. The use of our services and access of our website signifies your acknowledgement and agreement of these conditions.
The published reports shall be delivered to the authorized user/users within 24 business hours after receiving complete payment and confirmation/receipt from our bank. In case of dispatch of customized reports, the same shall be delivered as per the prescribed schedule on or before the end of working day. Any possible delay, due to any reasons, shall be conveyed in advance.
A printed copy of the report can be delivered to the address provided by the client if required; however, the transit and courier charges incurred in delivering a physical copy of the report shall be paid by the customer. Also, any damages or losses incurred during transit would be the sole responsibility of customer and Acumen Research and Consulting shall not be accountable for the same. Re-issuance of the copy in case of damages or losses shall incur additional charges which have to be paid by the customer.
Considering that we are an information providing company, it becomes difficult to accept any refunds, in any circumstances, once the payment is processed. We suggest to carefully reading all the information related to the report before making the purchase decision and placing your order. Cancellation of orders or refunds shall not be accepted once the payment is made. Also, in case of Annual subscriptions, no refunds shall be offered for unused months of subscriptions.

For example, if the total report price (sold to the client) is $5,000, Acumen Research and Consulting shall be offering a free customization worth $500 to the client. Any customization request incurring cost of more than 10% of the total report price would be chargeable. However, offering free customization to the client will be at sole discretion of the company and would depend on the scope and coverage of the selected research report. The time required for such customization requests will be determined by our Analysts/Business Development team and would depend on the estimated peculiarities, complexities and time required for the said customization.

The Company, its affiliates, and employees make no warranty in relation to the content or product to meet any specific requirement or would be secure, uninterrupted, virus-free or error free. Also, the company disclaims all the warranties related to the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the product and users are exclusively accountable for the suitability and the use of product.
The use of the product/products provided by Acumen Research and Consulting must be in compliance with the terms laid under the license terms. In relation to the use of product/products, you are restricted to alter, copy, publicize, disclose, adapt or any way part with possession of the information of Acumen Research and Consulting as a result of Company’s license terms.
